Well, I gained almost four pounds during Thanksgiving; more due to lack of exercise than overeating. However, I have lost half of that again so I have 1.5 to 2 pounds to go to get back to pre-Thanksgiving weight.
I am trying to minimize damage during the Christmas season. The fudge and cookies I normally make this time of year will have to wait until the week of Christmas – Or I should say my family is waiting – but each of us admits we don’t need the sweets for whatever reason. It’s all good.
Got back to the gym all five days last week and I’m planning on going all five days this coming week. I hope that will help me overcome the Thanksgiving damage.
Christmas shopping is pretty much under control, which lessens possible stress. This is a good thing.
